It was BLAIR PEEK, who also sold our previous vehicle. He perhaps did nothing extra, but he was friendly, natural, approachable, patient, covered all the info. Let's say he performed his duties to a very agreeably high standard! The experience was very enjoyable. I had no intention to trade our previous car, so I think you could say he performed very well from the Company point of view, also. I listened to his case for trading, but it was the test drive that showed me an improvement in the features I had not been keen on before, which made the sale.

A great job would have been to bring his sales manager back to the table when we discovered that I had misheard the price offered and there was a $500 gap. He did pause to check that I was still wanting to proceed with the sale so no fault on his part but great service would have been to represent my misunderstood position to his sales manager to see if the gap could have been reduced to ensure both parties satisfaction. Totally my fault - I misheard the price - however, I will always feel less than fully satisfied with the deal because of this. But most importantly I'm loving the ix35 so far...

Chris did a great job. The car was due in at the end of a week to have something checked, then at the start of the next week for a paint job. We were told over the phone that the loan car we had for each time was different therefore we had to come back and get our car over the in-between weekend. When we dropped it off Chris sorted that we would have the same loan car, so we didn't have to chop and change. He was great to deal with. If/when we come back I hope he is still working there, as I would like to deal with him every time!! He is great :)

All the staff at the Christchurch branch, can't fault at all, all very warm and welcoming, and even when my lock broke on the back passenger door the day after I had the car serviced, I had the office lady and three other chaps come out and have a look, great service even when I pick my vehicle up from its service a week before hand. They were handling a sticky situation with a grumpy old lady they were still very professional, she was a handful. Another hands up for your staff and their manner of dealing with grumpy customers.

Lovely young lady who wore her hair in braid, that was worn up in a very neat style. She worked out a solution for my loan vehicle needs, was very attentive, and very knowledgeable. Andrew Mooney (Salesman) was first class - the best I have had in 50 years of buying cars. Nothing was a bother - he let us drive 3 different vehicles. Brian noticed that my car would soon be requiring a WOF so he arranged for that to be done at the same time as the servicing.
Andrew Mooney was the salesman and firstly he was not pushy as previously stated and that certainly helps. He took his time to explain the car to me and then when my partner turned up and they got talking he even offered to get us rugby tickets if he was able. The bottle of wine in the car was a nice touch and the consideration of making sure the car was cooled down given our recent high temperatures. Please do pass on our thanks, as I did walk out of one car sales due to the salesman's attitude so not shy to do that. Andrew really was lovely to deal with.
There were parking problems that morning. I had to park temporarily. By the time she spoke to me the lady at the service counter had already moved the car and identified me as the owner. She then recognised me and greeted me by name when I picked the vehicle up. It wasn't clear during the day if the car could be repaired during the day but she kept me informed, ordered the part which had to come from Australia and made arrangements to call me back when the part arrived. All basic stuff but performed quickly and in a very friendly and helpful way.
Andrew Mooney is an excellent salesman and knows how to listen and ask the right questions to help customers might the right decision. Not only did he know how to address my wife's concerns over the passenger head rest fitting properly and quickly resolving it, Andrew figured out through my wife that I didn't want another vehicle like my Nissan Patrol. Quite honestly, Andrew Mooney made this end of the year sale happen because of his excellent customer attitude and communication skills plus knowing the Hyundai product and service so well.

Jason Smith, on handover of my vehicle, offered to and then carried out the bluetooth link-up of my phone to the car system so that I didn't have to work out how to do that on my own. Furthermore he gave me the time to adjust to and ask any questions I may have about many of the (new to me) electronic advances available in the i30, and most importantly, did not make me feel silly or stupid for not being familiar with many of these more modern advances. He explained the implications of these advances of switching them on or off, and which situations they might be best used for - all without feeling rushed or pressured.
Mary Wilson and Blair Peek were more than helpful, we were on a very tight schedule and they got us sorted very quickly and efficiently.

Andrew Mooney kept an eye on any trade in's as were at the dealership looking for a small car for our 16yr old daughter (first car) not buying new. I recently purchased my i30 from your car yard and have been extremely satisfied with the service I received both before and after purchase. Jason was very helpful and made the process extremely simple and stress free, despite the fact I was in Auckland for the duration. When I arrived in Christchurch to pay for and collect the car it was all I had expected and more. Definitely worth the long (and comfortable) drive back to Auckland!

He listened to what I wanted, worked on it for me after I left, found the best answer, called me with it, and after my own research and comparisons with my other options (I had 4-5 comparisons around Christchurch) I concluded his recommendation and final deal was the right one for me and I bought the car. I am very happy that Blair helped me to a decision on the vehicle I bought that was a better decision than the earlier vehicle I told him I was interested in.

Paul Welbeloved, Christchurch branch. He was very helpful both on the phone and in person and when one of the parts was no longer produced for the model vehicle I own he directed me to a company that deals in that particular part. This saved me a lot of time as I was visiting Christchurch for a just a week and searching for parts wasnt what I had hoped to do. I hadnt met Paul before, just spoken over the phone. When I come in the next day to buy the part that was available he was able to recall what I needed before I had finished explaining what I wanted and got the part for me while he asked someone else to complete the paper work, making the experience even shorter. He was very pleasant, as was the man who chased me down the road after I left because I had left my credit card there.

Richard gane looked up the part I was requiring and f0und it for than ordered part for me and rang me the followingday and told me the price of the part also he told me on the previous day the price this was much better than getting a second hand part from distmantler which was $83.00 and the new part was $31.08 from cockram motor group.
