Sam is the sales manager for Isuzu at Gary Cockram Limited. A born and bred Cantabrian, having worked in many rural jobs in the past (including as an ex farmer), Sam's experience is based on having commercial knowledge on utes, and understanding that they play a big part in both rural life and town commuters.  Sam grew up with his family in the car industry and has always had a big passion for everything performance, motorsport and-so-forth. Sam has enjoyed anything with wheels from a young age and it plays a big part in home life also. Sam was drawn towards the Gary Cockram group because the brand name has been around ever since Sam could remember. Sam finds loyal, longtime brands have to be a great atmosphere for work, and the family philosophy within the Gary Cockram as fantastic to be a part of.

To be a good sales consultant, Sam believes that one must understand the customer’s needs- not just looking for a sale, but crossing the t’s, dotting the I’s, and leaving no stone unturned. For Sam, having great product knowledge of most brands makes customers assured that they are in good hands, but most importantly, knowing how to have a laugh throughout the process is what makes the purchase easy. Sam finds that the best part of being a sales consultant is that every day is different, so dealing with new people and finding them their perfect fit for a new vehicle it what makes it worth working each day.
